Lovely hotel

The sea side is amazing. You are swimming with fishes. The services at beach and pool are perfect. Basel and Maher Aziz are the best. They are the role model for welcoming guests and supporting your needs all the time. Thanks for the special gift you sent to my room, I love it so much. The pool side is fantastic too. Animation team is the great team. Thanks for hospitality I will come again soon.

This is a Excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday, the best in its price range

The hotel is not as extensive as its surroundings, but there is enough space for everything, especially since you can walk along the beach for miles to both sides, and the entrance to the neighbors is not limited until 18:00. The restaurants work mode is convenient, the food is typical for Egypt, do not expect for royal shrimps, but you will not stay hungry for sure. Excellent bread of ten different kinds, chicken, beef, sausages, fish, grilled dishes (meat, vegetables, fish), eggs, pancakes, scrambled eggs, vegetables and fruits .... The quality of sweets is beyond praise! Clean rooms, friendly staff, many small reefs with thousands of bright fish, what else do you need to relax? Hot water in the room is always (who was in the Egyptian resort, will understand me).

Desalinated water in the shower creates some problems, but not a big deal

The sea and coral reefs are gorgeous. Pool is awesome. Simple aqua slides but good. Landscape is exceptional.

Not friendly with Egyptians. Lack of varieties in meals. Animation shows are poor.

Very good experience

The staff is very helpful , cheerful & professional . Special thanks to Mr. Maher at the front office who tried to make our stay as convenient as possible . Fawzy & Romany at the main restaurant , Mo'men at the pool bar. The spa team especially Aziz. I highly recommend this property.

Pool not heated in two snowy days in Egypt ,wind was 48 km and temp was bet 18 and 20 Had to wait 3hours and call 3times for an extra bed Towels were stolen from the pool and we paid for then refunded after complaining The animation team and the show was very poor We left before date and forgot our ID s and they didn’t even care to call and when we came back the next day they said they have it but we should have asked for it !!!!

Good

Really nice hotel with a good value for money. The beach is very good and an excellent place for snorkelling. The animation team makes the difference and there are some nice activities to do throughout the day (music in the beach as well which is quite nice).

The food could vary a bit more (especially the breakfast).

Very Good resort

So friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Naher at reception front desk. Food is delicious and the restaurant service is very good, in addition; staff and chefs there have very good hospitality and professionalism. Great wonderful natural views, big pools and beach activities with active restless animation team.

Fresh juice is out of all inclusive affordable beverages.

Again fantastic holiday in Prima Life :-))))

This was the 5th time to go for holiday to Prima Life Makadi Bay. We love this hotel so much because: not so huge (familier), everybody friendly, the room is very comfortable and big, the garden is beautiful and smart, the food so tasty, and various. Year by year develope, and renew the hotel. Thank you for everybody at the reception to care about us, and for their helpful (especially to Mr. Aziz Ahmar). The beach is also super: there are two bar, the lunch at the beach is perfect. Thank you to Gabor for the delicious pizza :-))) The local coctails tasteful too. The sea is slow deepening, and the coral, fish are beautiful. Could be swim so far. The new animation team is perfect. They do more programs in the daytime (joga, gymnastic, aqua aerobic was super), and the evening shows are high-standars too. Nobody can be bored in this hotel. So we had again fantastic holiday, and I'm sure we will going back again soon. I wish for every members who are working in Prima Life the best, and thank you to contribute to be our holiday again unforgetteble.

Over rated,less privacy, less food & service quality compared with similar price ranged properties

1- landscape 2- the location of the beach's restaurant. 3- overall pool and landscape view 4-drinks on beach. 5- Maher on reception was very helpful.

1- pools needs cleaning. 2- provoking housekeeping staff approach 3- the sheets and blanket on the bed wasn't clean and wasn't first use after wash. 4- variety of food is horrible. 5- quality of food is terrible. 6- fresh juices with extra cost even if you are on all inclusive meal plan. 7- no privacy on beach. 8- it says while booking that properties are sea, garden and pool view while it was only garden and pool (it was good though but still delivers wrong message to us while comparing properties) 9- Plastic mugs used for all drinks was in an exhausted condition to the point that makes it looks unclean and could be replaced with single use stuff

i had been to the hotel earlier, and missed my latest chance to go. but i will be going again soon. a weekend away here is always a great idea. total relaxation away with the great food and friendly staff.
